The room datasheet is placed next to the entrance door of each and every lab or facility at BIO. It contains most of the necessary information regarding what happens in the lab, the risks and dangers, the methods often employed there. It also shows the names and contact details of the persons who are in charge of the room and/or who have responsibilities in terms of HSE or fire safety. Contact these persons whenever you need help or feel unsure about something.
